Zach, a graduate of Dallas Christian College, was called as our Lead Pastor in September 2012. Zach married his beautiful wife, Alecia in 1997; they have three wonderful children: Dalton, Lainey, and Anabelle. Zach LOVES to fish, and does it whenever he can squeeze a few hours out of the week! Zach’s desire is for Rogers Christian Church to be known as a church of Disciples Creating Disciples.

Allen graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, MO in 2002 with a BA in Biblical Literature and a BA in Theology (Preaching Ministry Major) and has an MA in Worship Studies from Lincoln Christian Seminary in Lincoln, IL. He married Kameesha in 2001; they home school their 8 beautiful children. Allen absolutely loves what he does in ministry and does it for the glory of God. Allen says, “I enjoy movies that inspire and music that transforms. I hate heights but enjoy most anything else dealing with the outdoors. My greatest desire in life is to, first, bring glory to God with my life and, then, witness my children carrying on the legacy of faith to their children.”

Freddy came to the feet of Jesus when he was 21 years old. Since then, he has had the desire to serve the Lord with all of his heart and soul. He married his beautiful wife, Ferlim, in 2008, and they have six kids. Freddy graduated from Escuela Biblica de Predicadores in 2012. He has served the Lord in multiple roles in the family of Christ as a youth minister, preacher, missionary to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, and as an Elder at RCC. Freddy’s greatest desire is to glorify God and for Iglesia Cristiana to be an oasis of mercy and grace with the Word of God.

Isaac King, a graduate of Ozark Christian College, rejoined our team in 2015. Isaac has followed Christ in ministry for over 12 years. He married his beautiful wife, Becky King, in 2006. They have 2 awesome boys, Axel and Asher.   Isaac loves God, family, the outdoors, friends, and meeting new people. Most importantly – God has given Isaac a heart for the young students of this world. God does amazing things through teens, and Isaac’s excited to let God work through him in student’s lives. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:21.

Jamie Fleming started directing the Kids Ministry in 2021.  She has 9 kids with her amazing husband Andy.  Jamie's passion at RCC is to help kids know how to grow with Christ Jesus and how to share His story.  Jamie loves troubleshooting and designing new ways of doing things outside the box! 

Becky, a graduate of Ozark Christian College and Missouri Southern  State University, serves as our Nursery Coordinator on our church staff to help provide quality care each week for out littlest church members, works to staff volunteers,  and loves to help teach the children about Jesus! She has been married to our student minister, Isaac King for 16 years and she has two awesome sons, named Axel and Asher. Becky loves to also serve on RCC's worship team and in the Youth group as a life group leader. "My mission is to serve Jesus well, love others deeply, and help create disciples. I love getting to partner with our church families and their little ones to help them grow closer to Jesus!"
